A 5 minutos de Alexanderplatz en tranvia M2.
El desayuno es variado, y lo que me gustó es que es de 7am a 12 del mediodía, y hay café, te y agua gratuita a cualquier hora.

The entrance is a single elevator that either takes you to reception or the rooms. So anyone can get to the rooms without going through the lobby/reception.
Rooms aren't the slightest soundproofed so you hear mobile phones ringing, people talking and walking outside your room, sounds almost as if the door is aloft at times.
Lobby is 24/7, except for 2 sofas there's only standard chairs and tables, but they sell beer and Spirits at all times and it's better than expected.
Breakfast is ok, only cold stuff like yoghurt, bread, han, cheese and so on, no eggs, bacon or anything cooked.
Ansonsten müsste hier und da etwas an den Zimmern gemacht werden.
Frühstück ist ok und ausreichend. Die Bar über Nacht ist offen , positiv.
Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt.
Auch ein positive Punkt. Ausreichend Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe.
Nur parken ist eine Katastrophe.
Las habitaciones eran de buen porte, las camas muy cómodas, la calefacción funcionaba bien, el baño impecable.
La ubicación estaba bien, cerca de una estación de tranvía (5 minutos caminando), y de una estación de metro (20 minutos caminando).
También hay un bar que se habilita en la noche y que disfrutamos en familia. Hay opciones de té, lo que agradecimos bastante.
Se agradece de igual forma que había un dispensador de agua filtrada en el cual pudimos llenar nuestras botellas antes de salir a pasear.
El día que nos íbamos, nos permitieron guardar las maletas por tan solo €2 el compartimiento, en el que cupieron casi todas, por lo que solo necesitamos usar dos. Fue muy conveniente puesto que los lugares que guardan maletas cuestan como mínimo €20, por lo que estuvo buenísimo.
Un muy buen hotel y a un precio conveniente, definitivamente volvería.
Great public transport connections to the centre of town. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and 24 hrs free coffee! If I could offer one improvement a kettle in our room would be an excellent idea.

C'est un ancien hôpital et ça se voit niveau pratique dans les chambres, peu de prises par exemple. La salle de bain est grande, c'est bien
Из минусов шумные номера, очень хорошо слышно, что происходит на коридоре и в соседней комнате. Рекомендую использовать наушники с шумодавом или беруши, так как может не повезти с соседями. На завтрак практически только нарезка, хотелось бы разбавить кашами, омлетом. Ещё не понравилось отсутствие чайника в номере.
В целом за свои деньги отель сойдёт.
