Good value hotel with restaurant and bar close to Gendarmenmarkt and Museum Island in Berlin.
From the moment you arrive at the reception desk, you'll feel right at home. The team is young and smiling. The elegantly decorated rooms are spacious and equipped with all the comforts you could wish for (LED TV, air conditioning, minibar, walk-in shower, hairdryer, wifi, etc.). The restaurant offers a wide range of dishes, including sushi, kebab, pasta, pizza and tapas, to satisfy even the most demanding palates. To relax at the end of the day, a cosy cocktail bar is open 24 hours a day. A very attractive hotel offering good value for money.

Reception staff are absolutely fantastic Maria especially she was just so helpful with us
BREAKFAST what can I say the Buffet breakfast was just amazing so much choice and tasted amazing also
I can only say booking this hotel you definitely will not be disappointed

Die Mitarbeiter sprachen in answesenheit der Gäste türkisch , sprachen selbst schlecht deutsch.
Roomservice hat nur die hälfte des Zimmers gesäubert, der Mülleimer halb voll. Privates Eigentum der Gäste wurde angefasst , mein eigens mitgebrachtes Kopfkissen wurde anders aufs Bett gelegt , als wie ich das Zimmer verlassen habe.
Die Fernbedinung kaum funktionsfähig und ser dreckig.
Fleck am Bett sehr gut sichtbar, Spiegel fleckig, an der Zimmertür(Innenseite) Handabdrücke.
Bereits zweimal dem Hotel geschrieben und biser keine Rückmeldung.

A pesar de ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, las habitaciones son pequeñas, no cuentan con set de café y el lugar de guardado es escaso.
El día 16/3/24 no fue realizada la limpieza de la habitación habiéndola dejado libre de 9 a 16hs. Luego solicitamos al menos las toallas y no las llevaron a la habitación.
Mucho por mejorar !
