Freshly brewed sandwiches and coffee. In the hall at the top of the stairs, photos of New Glarus at the beginning of the century: apart from its paved roads, the village has not changed much. Nice place to take a break.

Behind the bar, you can see an old cheese vat made of polished recycled copper, which has been turned into an extractor hood above the fire.
