A haven of nature that is particularly pleasant to cycle in. The view of the Toronto from the is breathtaking.
The islands are a place to stroll and even to live for a few lucky people. They are a respite from the hustle and bustle of the city, while showing it at its best. Their other side embraces Lake Ontario in all its immensity. Central Island is the busiest, as it concentrates most of the activities: amusement park, small farm, restaurants, etc. The others are quieter, including one residential one, but offer beautiful walks and bike rides. You can easily leave for half a day and ride the entire islands by bike.
