The first urban cider mill in the country, Brickworks was born in southwestern Ontario before opening its Ciderhouse in the Riverside neighbourhood, under the direction of Mill Street Brewery. Huge space with mezzanine and roof terrace, the place is made in the industrial chic and offers, of course, all the home ciders. These are distinguished by their originality and unusual flavours. The Ciderhouse also serves as a restaurant with a cuisine inspired by the flavours of the world. Mention at the gourmet weekend brunch.
