This bakery is a true icon of the market and is ultra famous - many chefs have been here - and for good reason. This is where you can try two of the city's great culinary specialties: peameal bacon (a bacon sandwich wrapped in cornmeal - add one of their mustards) and butter tarts (butter tarts). There's no better meal on the go! The place also prepares other delicious sandwiches, empanadas, authentic Montreal-style bagels, all sorts of baked goods... To be discovered!
