The owner and chef Genna Steckel of XO Bisous trained in France at the École nationale supérieure de la pâtisserie. After working in famous restaurants in Paris and Toronto, she finally realized her lifelong dream of having her own culinary kingdom. Inspired by French pastries, Genna also offers a fine selection of salads, "health bowls" and sandwiches made from fresh local produce. For a good start to the day, we recommend the Breakfast Sandwich, available in a vegetative or non-vegetable version.
