Pascal works in the authentic French artisanal bakery. Its delicious breads, all made by hand fresh of the day with top quality ingredients, are available in traditional loaves, baguettes, walnut bread and tutti quanti. There are also pastries (including pure butter croissants), pastries, sandwiches and pies (salty and sweet), a small selection of Quebec cheeses and deli meats. The ideal stop before hiking in Jacques-Cartier National Park, or as a reward on the way back

Boulangerie-pâtisserie offrant un -presque- infini choix de pains, tous plus savoureux les uns que les autres. On y trouve aussi de fabuleux desserts, disponibles en format individuel ou en gâteau à partager. On peut y acheter des croissants ou chocolatines congelés, prêts à être cuits à la maison. Tables et espace gazonné sur le côté pour déguster sur le champ.
