When to go Québec ?
Quebec City and its surroundings are magnificent in all seasons. If in winter we eat traditional, high-calorie food for a Carnival trip or a dog-sled excursion, summer becomes a pretext for transforming streets, esplanades and parks into real open-air popular festivities. The fairy tale of colours in autumn and the great gourmet tradition of the sugar shack in spring are also part of visitors' favourites.
