Notice to fudge lovers and forgotten traditions: this is the kingdom of fudge! The owners, Michelle Martin and Jacques Thivierge, are true sweet food lovers and passionate craftsmen. The sweets are handmade by the fudgers who make a total of more than 100 varieties of fudges. Fudges sausages are also cooked, as well as nougats made in the style of Montélimar and delicious homemade sweets. A beautiful setting in the heart of Petit Champlain and amazing flavours!

J'ai trouvé le fudge dans les meilleurs que j'ai goûté dans ma jeune vie! beaucoup de variétés.Mes préférés sont Crème brûlée et le fudge à la Guinness. On m'a fait déguster sur place tellement de saveurs. La fudgerie sera une raison de plus pour revenir à Québec..
