Owned by Thania Goyette and Louis B. Trudeau, also at the helm of the Pied Bleu butcher shop, Le Renard et la Chouette is both a bistro and a neighbourhood bar. You can come at any time for a snack or to share small and large dishes (black pudding, smoked fish, veggie platter, cold meats or cheeses, tartiflette, classic or seafood cassoulet...), accompanied by a good glass of wine (nice selection of natural wines). The atmosphere is very friendly and the prices are very attractive.
