LA PIZZ
The secret of this restaurant is the making of the thin, crispy pizza dough. Here, all the ingredients - even the wines - are meticulously chosen, for the most part organic and sourced from local suppliers, such as the goat cheeses from Cassis et Mélisse. The owner, a Frenchman, experimented with this winning recipe in Lille before settling in Quebec City. The menu also includes tasty fresh pasta and homemade sauces. Gourmets beware: the tiramisu is one of the best in town!

Owner's Message
We are waiting for you every day at noon on Place Royale, in old Quebec, to enjoy our beautiful terrace and taste one of our many pizzas made only with fresh products.
All our pizzas are topped with the best ingredients...We rigorously select these ingredients in order to obtain an incomparable taste on the market today.
The base of every pizza is the dough, which we make every day by kneading it by hand. The peeled and crushed tomato is prepared by us and we also mix it several times a day.
Also, since June 01, we invite you to live an Italian bistronomic experience every evening starting at 5:00 pm. On the menu: Risotto Frutti di mare, lobster cooked in three ways, small boat bar and many other small pleasures await you.
Although the pasta was very small portion!
Not even enough for one person.
The pizza had no taste!
The pesto pasta was not bad but again so so so small portion!
I am not really satisfied!
P.S. for your reply:
I think you have no sense of customer service. I know the difference between 8 inch and 12 inch pizza. Your pizza crust was only sth like a pitta bread! Have you ever taste your pizza? Could you tell me how it tasted? Let me tell you. It has no taste.
I paid 50 bucks for a small snack pizza and a small portion of pasta which almost tastes oily both of which are not enough for one person.
And you would better respect English people and speak English instead of replying in French. This is not respectful at all.
Dès la terrasse nous nous sommes fait merveilleusement accueillir par le serveur. Les pizza sont délicieuses et bien garni on ressent le fait maison.
