Kingdom of the new Nordic cuisine and boreal flavours. Mention at the gourmet brunch, especially the Le Bûcheron plate.
Inspired by the new Nordic cuisine movement, a concept that comes to us from Scandinavia, the menu "expresses purity, freshness, simplicity and ethics" associated with the terroir of the Far North: game, fish, garnishes, etc., as well as regional products in tune with the seasons and harvesting. Vegetarians are also catered for, with at least one tasty option. Also worth a visit: Épicerie Québécoise - Chez Boulay, where local flavours are celebrated in every corner of the store (42 côte du Palais).

Très bonne cuisine, originale. Cadre de la salle très agréable. Heureusement que c'était notre dernier repas sinon on aurait dû y aller tous les jours !
