When two kings of smoked food come together to breathe new life into the Boucanier (a fire razed the old business to the ground in 2015), it's an event in itself. April 2016 is the beginning of a beautiful story. That of a smoked food counter (partly on the premises) and small dishes that are beautiful and good to eat. In addition to the traditional bagels, risottos and salads, you'll find smoked triple cream bries, hot smoked salmon with pepper and lemon, duck breasts marinated for three days in 14 spices or the diabolical bites of smoked salmon in maple syrup.
