Do you dream of becoming an urban acrobat? The Spot is for you! Located just a few steps from the Lachine Canal, it is the first training centre entirely focused on the movement in the metropolis. It is aimed at parkour, trickers, dancers, gymnasts, and all those seeking a place to train. Courses are available for all age groups (child, pre-teen, teen and adult) and can be provided outside the hours of the gym.
