Really nice hotel. room was very large and immaculate. we brought my small dog and they were great abt cleaning when we went out. the location was terrific.
Valet parking, prime location, very friendly and professional service, great breakfast, huge rooms. And all for a relatively affordable price. Cannot say enough good about this lovely spot!
Really nice and spacious room with a full kitchen. Good location - seemed pretty central. Breakfast was provided by the hotel - it was a bit chaotic and small. Bagels were excellent. Lots of screaming children. Valet was $35 per day and they damaged my ski rack without telling me. I did bring it up to the front desk and they were able to make things right - very happy with their service. Would stay here again!
Awesome hotel to stay in Downtown Montreal! Family really enjoyed the stay. The room was so huge. Swimming pool was amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning on a trip to Montreal.
Great hotel with lots of access to things to do in the area. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was large for the cost in the area. Would like more "hot" breakfast item choices in the included breakfast. Walking distance to the ViaRail station of you are traveling by train.
It is truly an exceptional place. Other hotels should send their employees here for training.
Please keep up a good work, and we will keep up staying with you.
Once a nice hotel which is in need of a major refurbishment according to European standards. The same goes for the breakfast which is not even close to 4 star and especially suffers from a lot of one use cups and plastic wrapped things.
Where is the bacon???
Hotel gym and pool are a huge plus as well as the location
I cannot recommend this hotel enough for those looking to stay in Montréal. The value is off the charts.
We were a family of 5 (13, 10, 9) and we had more than enough room in the suite.
The kitchen and dining area is helpful but not needed because of the complimentary breakfast in the mornings which had a pretty good spread and the host of nearby restaurants. Ramen, pizza, poutine, luxury dining are all a 5 min walk from the hotel.
If we are ever back in Montréal I will look up Le Square first, period.
Stayed here with my partner and my pupper for a night or two. Was an excellent experience, very glad they are pet-friendly. Thanks again for a great stay.
It was great staying here. The restaurant is a bit expensive but what they made is nothing I could do at home which is always a big plus for me. The staff are top notch and the drinks, a step above. Easy check in from what I understood. Zero complaints. Just small mugs so bring your own.
Very large family suite, reasonable price for the size and location. Nice but not so fancy a regular person feels uncomfortable, great views from the rooftop pool and gym. Valet parking, very dog friendly.
My only complaint is that they don't have wheelchair accessible rooms at the lower prices in the non-suite options so we had to pay more for the family suite. The bathroom was large and nicely accessible except there is no roll in shower. The bed height is probably a little high for people who transfer from a wheelchair - I have an elevate feature on my powerchair or else it would have been a problem.
