Like the theatre of the same name, the Café du Nouveau Monde combines modernity with elegance. The bar as well as the mezzanine restaurant, with their beautiful wooden tables, the slate presenting the menu of the day, and the pleasant music of atmosphere spoil artists and their friends. The variety and quality of the dishes offered give this restaurant a French bistro. The map offers original snacks such as spices beef carpaccio, salmon tartar and odawara shrimp, but also offers more consistent dishes such as smoked cheddar pork unravelled and red cabbage salad, roasted potatoes and green salad.
