The discovery menu is remarkable: carpaccio of pepper crust and green salad with parmesan chips, followed by a foie gras in terrine with chutney to figs and caramelized onions and a refreshing sorbet. In resistance, osso buco calso slowly braided, basil sauce and black olives and orgetto to white wine. It is concluded with the crunchy milk chocolate pyramid or the Quebec cheese.
