Seasonal dishes to be enjoyed on the terrace or in the beautiful dining room, on the first floor of the SAT, in the heart of the Quartier des spectacles.
Chef Émilie Bégin concocts dishes based on seasonal products, mainly organic, following the culinary philosophy "from the earth to the table" (the restaurant also has a roof garden). It's the perfect place to share a few plates and a few drinks before or after a show at the SAT... or simply to enjoy the superb terrace, still a well-kept secret in Montreal. The team will be happy to present the menu and advise you on the 100% organic wines carefully selected by its sommelier.
