The Institut du Tourisme et de l'Hôtellerie du Québec uses this table to offer its students a concrete experience of high-flying cuisine. The menu, which focuses on local Quebec products, is constantly evolving and tends to a refinement difficult to imagine elsewhere, especially at this price! The service is impeccable and the dishes are small wonders. Good plan: the resto-school La Relève Gourmande, open during the school year, offers an equally pleasant experience but at a lower price. Interesting, isn't it?
