Open from early April to mid-December, this is one of the best restaurants in the Mauricie region. We'd first like to highlight the beauty of the farmhouse-style building and the incredible interior design. On the plate, we'd like to mention the use of seasonal vegetables from his garden, homemade breads and pastries, and regional products that vary according to what's available. Bonus: a superb list of spirits to back it all up, and a gourmet counter with breads, pastries, ready-to-eat foods, ice creams, bottles and wine, etc., to take away.

Housed in a pretty little house, chef Justin Dunlop Lemieux blends local produce with French-inspired dishes for a truly delicious regional cuisine from Quebec. Black garlic fries, oysters Rockefeller, chanterelle cream, rabbit and foie gras, pork belly and scallops, seafood spaghetti... Makes you hungry!
