Belle expérience. Et très bon service client. A la réservation, le site a buggé et sans que je ne m'en aperçoive j'ai été facturé 2 fois. Je m'en suis rendu compte tardivement (3 mois après). AML m'a rappelé et remboursé. Merci à eux !

La croisière topissime, le bateau, les commentaires vraiment bien (accueil billetterie en contraste très décevant)

We did see whales, and that was cool, but if you are a non-French speaker, expect to be treated with little regard if not outright disdain. We could not get the time of day for anyone to explain to us how lunch worked, whale facts, or how to get ready to board the boat in English without pulling major teeth. We took a bus from Quebec, and they stopped and told people to buy food. I had reserved lunch online and asked when we would get it. They said at the boat dock. We got to the dock, and they said hurry get your gear and prepare to board. They had someone going around trying to convince people not to go on zodiac ( it was October and cold). I asked what was dangerous/risks and got blank stares. We decided to stay with zodiac as we were fully suited in wet gear/seemed relatively safe. We get on the boat, and the captain is speaking for minutes in French, and we are getting like one sentence in English that is basically non information. They start hitting massive waves as soon as we are on the water and cold water is soaking my hands/feet/going in hood. I moved to another seat because I realize now that I need to fight hypothermia/frost bite for next 2 hours and try to stay dry as the wet suit is clearly not enough. At another dock, the captain is speaking French again and comes to the side of the boat and starts pointing at me and yelling in french.i say "I'm sorry?" And she yells at me in English at that point to "move to your original seat as I said before" (in french I'm guessing) , scolding me like a child. Of course I complied when I understood her, but it was odd to be treated like a kid on a school trip when I paid 200 dollars to be there and I was clearly trying to practice survival instincts! From there the captain would only say positional where to look for whales, but all extra info was in french only. Not a big deal but not super hospitable either. When we got back we were starving and I inquired again on lunch. They said and I quote. "Bad news, no lunch". No sorry but we got a number to call to get the refund. That was a long bus ride home. Whales were worth it, but we were treated like scum for that much money.

Super moment avec la croisière de 3h sur le gros navire. Nous avons eu la chance de voir plus d’une quinzaine de baleines, 40 bélugas, phoques à gogo etc… (après je penses qu’il faut quand même une énorme part de chance)
Pensez à vos jumelles.

Beautiful experience

My husband and I planned to do the whale watching cruise for our wedding anniversary today. We were supposed to depart from Sainte Catherine but a couple days ago we received a call telling us that departure will be at tadoussac instead due to the weather. I asked if the that means the time will change and I was assured that departure would be the same time as Sainte Catherine. We drove all the way from Ottawa, Ontario. We get to the ticket booth at 9am, the lady hands us our passes and tells us that departure is at 10:15 but we should be at the dock for 9:45. We quickly use the restroom, proceed to park in the designated area, and then walk to the dock. We arrived at the dock at 9:30, and as we were approaching the dock the boat was pulling away. We missed it by a minute. Not only did it leave 45 minutes before we were told it would. But it also left 15 minutes before the usual Tadoussac bookings leave.The gentleman standing at the dock told us that we would have to walk back to the ticket booth and see what they could do. There was about 20-30 other customers who missed the boat as well due to the misinformation provided to all of us. The ticket booth attendant gave us a refund but we are still quite disappointed that we spent our anniversary this way. It was a huge waste of money spent on gas driving from Ottawa, ON and hotel costs. We don't plan on ever using this company again.

Même s'il n'y aurait pas de baleine, la croisière est spectaculaire.
Il y avait plein de baleines et des centaines de phoques.
Les commentaires étaient toujours très à propos et les explications claires et précises.

Les bateaux sont très bien, le personnel est sympa, mais les croisières restent très chères, et voir les baleines reste très aléatoire.

The cruise started on time. Everything was well explained. It was friendly facility.

On a vu des baleines. Des phoques aussi. Prévoir un GROS PULL. Je suis allé sur le gros bateau, les zodiacs étaient plus proche des baleines

Super expérience on y retournera

The staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have done the zodiac cruise many times. I most recently did this today. Sometimes I was lucky and saw a humpback breach. But other times, I only saw minkes, belugas, seals, and the tail of a humpback. While this is still cool, it is nowhere near as exciting as seeing a humpback breach.

You have to manage your expectations and expect that you will not see a breaching humpback. The other whales are not as exciting to observe. You only see their fins for a brief moment.

Based on my experiences, I would say that you might have a 20% chance of seeing breaching humpbacks. The other 80% of the time this excursion might feel a little pricey for what you get.

I love humpback whales but it can be frustrating when you drive a long distance, book a hotel, and end up being disappointed. You might have to invest a lot of time and money to get a great experience.

This is not a complaint against the staff as they are great. It is just an attempt to manage expectations with these types of excursions.

Croisières correctes mais prix trop élevés. Boites à lunch à 25$ trop chères pour la faible qualité de la nourriture et même chose sur le bateau. L'entreprise de Navette du Fjord offre des prix plus raisonnables.

La croisière est absolument génial mais par contre le site pour l achat de billet en ligne ça mériterait un peu plus de clarté car j ai eu des frais qui n étaient pas clair. Par contre pas la peine de faire une réclamation dans le so date de satisfaction client car on ne vous répondra pas si je me fonde sur mon expérience personnelle

Fantastic experience!!

Superbe expérience ! L’équipe est rodée pour dénicher les spots à baleines. C’est un bonheur de guetter leurs souffles pour les apercevoir.
Les explications sont top.
Nous avons aperçu des phoques et des marsouins également en plus des baleines !
Petite déconvenue tout de même car même si nous ne sommes pas super nombreux par bateau, il y a pas mal de bateaux… donc ça fait beaucoup de monde en même temps (après en pleine saison, à 16h, rien de surprenant vous me direz) mais notre bateau a pris soin de s’éloigner des spots où il y avait déjà trop de bateaux.
C’est très réglementé pour la protection des mammifères et ils respectent totalement ????

Une expérience inoubliable. Je vous conseil de prendre l’excursion en zodiaque, vous serez moins à bord et vous pourrez approcher les animaux de très prêt. Le chef de bord est respectueux des animaux et ne les approches pas a plus de 3m, il est très attentif à vous faire voir les animaux et le paysage à la fin ! A bord un guide vous donne des explications ☺️
Petit bémols pour les grands voyageurs en sacs à dos : vous ne pourrez pas les laisser au local ( politique de la compagnie )

Trop cher et de loin

Croisière qui n'a aucune valeur éthique envers les animaux marins. Je déconseille et encourage chacun à aller voir d'autres alternatives qui respectent mieux les règlements en vigueur ainsi que le bien-être de ces espèces protégées.

Très déçu! Pas par le spectacle ni par les baleines… mais nous avions réservé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants en zodiac… a l’arrivée pour récupérer les billets on nous dit que ça va « brasser », qu’hier PLUSIEURS personnes ont vomi… avec un enfant de 7 ans nous avons eu « peur » et avons décidé de faire la croisière commerciale sur un gros paquebot qui est bien plus rentable pour la compagnie.
Arrivé sur le saint Laurent une mer très calme et plein de zodiac dehors sans aucun problème!
Oui on s’est fait complètement avoir par la compagnie qui a du faire du surbooking sur ses zodiac!! Je déconseille cette compagnie qui est une usine à fric! Ne vous inquiétez pas toutes les compagnies se suivent et vous verrez des baleines!

Vraiment très déçu!

La croisière était magique ! L'équipage était accueillant et donnait pleins d'explications sur les différentes espèces de baleines.
Habillez-vous chaudement car il fait très froid sur le bateau.

Nous sommes partis sur la croisière de fin d'après midi et quel bonheur ! Nous avons pu observer des dizaines de baleines à bosses et grands rorquals ! Une superbe activité qu'il ne faut pas manquer lors de votre passage à Tadoussac !

Croisière fabuleuse, on a vu beaucoup d'animaux marins, un vrai plaisir!

Cruise made from Tadoussac with the boat Zephire. From the top floor of the boat we have a good point of view for watching whales. The naturalist gives explanations about the animals and the fjord throughout the exit. We toured at the end of July and we saw many whales, belugas and seals.
