A wide variety of firm goat cheeses, both fresh and aged, are produced here. A particular favorite are the succulent "bouchées d'amour" (bites of soft, unripened fresh cheese, marinated in flavored grapeseed oil and coated with spices such as herbes de Provence, chives, garlic and parsley). The cheese dairy also offers milk and ice-cream products, as well as meats, charcuterie and terrines.
