A gourmet address as we like them! The pastry department is a dream come true, with its crème brûlées, mille-feuille, éclairs, croustillants and other delights. A wide variety of firm goat cheeses, both fresh and aged, are produced here. A particular favorite are the succulent "bouchées d'amour" (bites of soft, unripened fresh cheese, marinated in flavored grapeseed oil and coated with spices such as herbes de Provence, chives, garlic and parsley). The cheese dairy also offers milk and ice-cream products, as well as meats, charcuterie and terrines.

Existing since 1983, it allows the inhabitants of the region to enjoy the products of the farm, the Quebec terroir and elsewhere. Located near major roads, it is therefore easily accessible. Fresh fish, meat and sausages, fruit and vegetables, cheese and various desserts, everything is there. A real gastronomic festival! And if all these gourmet displays have whetted your appetite, you will find restaurants on site to satisfy your hunger.

Established in Laval two decades ago, this family farm is now in its ^9th generation of farming. We grow all kinds of fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, tomatoes, etc.), vegetables (squash, peppers, cucumbers, etc.) and commercial grains (corn and soybeans). U-pick is also possible, as is the famous giant corn maze (also available in the evening). Both activities are subject to a fee (rates for one or two activities). Store on site (fresh and processed products).

If you're passing through the Vieux-Sainte-Rose district, be sure to stop in at the charming boutique of the Rémond sisters, two self-described "gourmet merchants". In addition to homemade gourmet treats and hand-picked products from other artisans and producers, the boutique is brimming with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tableware and home accessories, not to mention gourmet books and magazines.
