LE VICE-CACHÉ

Located in the heart of the village, this urban bistro specializes in tapas such as cod acras, oysters and mignonettes, octopus carpaccio, arancini and tuna tataki. If tapas aren't your cup of tea, dishes like the Vice burger and pasta with snails and braised beef macreuse are also on the menu. The wine list features a selection of privately imported wines, cocktails and, above all, a mind-boggling list of Quebec gins. Good deal: oysters at $1.50 CAN on Thursdays from 3pm.
