This artisanal bakery is a family business that revives the delights of yesteryear according to the tradition of our ancestors. The great specialty: the famous potato doughnuts in all their variations (our preference: dipped in maple syrup). The breads are made by hand as well as the pies (sugar, pecan nuts, maple syrup, etc.). In addition, the bakery prepares pies (chicken, Acadian, salmon...), home-made dishes (lasagna, shepherd's pie...), ready-to-eat meals and marinades of all kinds.
