Founded in 1968 and originally specializing in the traditional production of salted and dried cod, the family business joined with other plants to become a member of the GaspéCured consortium. Its shop sells only seafood specialties such as live or frozen lobster, Greenland or Atlantic halibut fillets, lightly dried and salted cod à la gaspésienne, fresh or frozen herring, redfish or mackerel.
