Charming hotel with a very famous restaurant, with renovated and cozy rooms with patio and balcony overlooking the sea.
This charming hotel, all dressed in white, is a privileged destination combining great comfort and gastronomy. Its rooms, completely renovated, are cozy as you wish and many have a patio door with balcony giving a superb view over the sea, the rock and Bonaventure Island. Its table is very well known and highlights seafood products (including the famous lobster puff pastry with champagne) as well as poultry, meat and grilled meats, all accurately prepared. A full wine list completes the experience.

The grounds are beautiful, and the view of the rock is great. But the rooms definitely need an update ... Felt very dated and unremarkable for what they're charging.
Service also felt very sparse: we were told during check-in that there would be no housekeeping during our 4-night stay, which I've never encountered at any hotel.
In all, it's a well located property with nice grounds, but we felt as though it was resting on its laurels.
