Hotel-restaurant with terrace offering superior rooms with contemporary comfort with balcony terraces and sea view.

Situated between land and sea, literally between a (slightly busy) road and a superb view of the waters of the bay. Built in 1906, the hotel has long been called Le Château Blanc, with its turret and large balconies. The rooms have balcony terraces overlooking the sea. Superior rooms offer contemporary decor and comfort. Amenities include a private beach with swimming access, a large terrace with a view of the sea, and the Kano restaurant featuring Gaspesian products (open morning and evening).

We were received by the friendliest person at reception. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The room was lovely, well-decorated, and spacious. The view from the balcony was fantastic and we loved the view and the deck experience. The only downfall was the folks smoking beside us outside and it all blowing our way. The restaurant was fantastic, both food and service. Excellent and delicious. Would definitely stay here once again.

Moustiquaire brisé intensément, la toilette cri sans bon sens , la porte de la toilette ne barre pas , si ca n'avait pas été aussi cher ça aurait pu être acceptable

Hôtel trop dispendieux pour ce que c’est. Manque d’entretien (moustiquaire, salle de bain) manque de stationnement pour les gens de l’hôtel. Par contre très belle vue au bord de la mer. Pour le restaurant du soir: Nous avons tous aimé nos plats, le service était bien. Mais la boisson (vin/cocktails) trop cher.

Located at perfect place. If you are lucky you can see Sunset from the room balcony. Kids can play in private beach. Rooms are neat and clean. Good restaurant inside the hotel.

J'y retournerais pour l'emplacement et les balcons. Par contre, le rapport qualité-prix laisse à désirer. J'ai payé 250$ avec les taxes pour une salle de bain insuffisante, une chambre petite sans bureau, et un stationnement difficile. En effet, le nombre d'espaces de stationnement est limité et ils sont occupés par les clients du restaurant. Il faut se stationner de l'autre côté de la route 132 en attendant qu'une place se libère! La réception ferme à 23h et on nous donne une clé (pas une carte magnétique, une clé) pour accéder à l'hôtel après 23h.

Bref, pas un mauvais choix, mais à 250$, c'était très cher pour un hébergement qui n'était vraiment pas de luxe.
