At Villy-lez-Falaise, the Hamlet Duck ranching is nestled at the foot of the Eraines Mountains. Here we have ducks and fat liver produced since the late 1980s. Ducks arrive quietly in these Norman meadows and are fed cereals and grass before being stuffed according to traditional methods. They are then cooked on the farm, and the awards regularly received since 2007 at the general agricultural competition highlight the know-how of the farmers and the quality of their products (bronze medal 2012).
