Year after year, Rémi Chapuis' patisserie-chocolaterie remains a favorite. Under Sandrine's knowing gaze, we stroll through the store with one idea in mind: to wage "war on the croquants"! and decide whether to go for the "Croquants de Guillaume" with chocolate chips and hazelnuts, or the "Croquants de Mathilde" with pink pralines and almonds.
