Superb table offering a discovery of the terroir with a high level of flavours that reflects the harvests and seasons. On the menu, let's start with smoked Marieville duck and maple jelly with Shefford Acerum, or bison carpaccio with sea buckthorn. Then follow the main courses, which include, among others, Brome Lake duck, Quebec lamb and seafood arrivals. All that remains is to sink into delicacies with one of the delicious desserts, to be served with a plate of Quebec cheeses. A rural address that never disappoints.
