It didn't take long to find out who would occupy the premises of the now defunct St-Honoré, Rouyn's legendary gourmet address. Balthazar Café opened its doors in October 2024, becoming the3rd branch of this well-known Val-d'Or bakery-café. The artisanal baking and pastry-making traditions remain intact, to the delight of all, as do the ready-to-eat offerings (salads, sandwiches, etc.) and the fine specialty coffees. Our best spot in town for a gourmet break!
