Founded by Alexandre Groulx and Mireille Bournival, this was the first craft brewery in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region. This delightful enterprise runs a pub in Rouyn where it serves its delicious house beers on a seasonal rotation, with a regular presence of guest beers. Since 2023, however, the Lagabière microbrewery in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu has been brewing and bottling Trèfle Noir beers, expanding production and distribution in this new partnership.

After maintaining a year of existence, Le Trèfle Noir offers at least six both beer (nine plus one in cask). If I remember, Alexandre has more than 30 recipes that it alternates between, keeping a certain selection of classic (Black Clover, Passe Partout, Chronicle, etc.). I invite you all and all!
