This reserve, with an area of 12 163 ha, lies 66 km east of Talca, after San Clemente, at the village level of Vilches Alto. This beautiful and well-known natural environment allows you to walk through the Radal The Tazas reserve and to Curicó in the north. To discover before others do it. On the flora, the reserve houses many different species, including the genus Nothofagus, as well as deer orchids. Traditional species in the Chilean centre are generally found. There is abundant wildlife. The story is also present, since shortly after the post of Conaf, Admirer Tacitas can be seen from the cuts produced probably by the first inhabitants of the Del region (the one that encompasses Curicó and Talca today) in order to put the grain. To spend pleasant moments, follow Ríos, Blanquilo and Claro. It collapses in a great waterfall. The popular El Enladrillado sector is also recommended. Mountain lovers will be able to take interest in the Descabezado Grande volcano, which rises at 3 830 m above sea level. Finally, those who wish to walk horseback can take their leisure around the Río river. The horses rent themselves near the administration at the level of Vilches Alto at the entrance to the park. An excellent alternative to walking (but railway station, it is cold when you go ahead under rafales of water…) to win sites a little distant (like the Descabezado Grande volcano, which requires a five-day journey).
