Stopover for live fishing from the trawler La Persévérance, which plies the waters of the English Channel. Short circuit guaranteed! On the stall, an ultra-fresh choice: mackerel, sole, turbot, sea bass, monkfish or scallops, and sometimes labelled products such as the pink shrimp from Madagascar (which, we assure you, is not fished here yet!). Fresh out of the water less than 48 hours ago, their treasures from the Normandy coast are also available as seafood platters, chef-prepared dishes or in boxes with seasonal fish.
