Le Grand Bleu is the drop-off point for fish from the La Persévérance trawler operating in the English Channel. Short circuit guaranteed! On their stall: mackerel, sole, turbot, brill, sea bass, monkfish or scallops. These are local or red label products (yes, because we don’t fish pink shrimp from Madagascar in the Channel yet!) that were taken out of the sea no more than 48 hours ago! You can also order (online or on site) a seafood platter, dishes prepared by a chef, or a discovery box featuring seasonal fish.
