Cheese lovers, you're in for a treat, and with a smile to boot! Cheese is the star of the show, with no less than a hundred varieties on offer, changing regularly. Normandy cheeses take pride of place, but that's not all! We love the choice of raclette (all those flavors!), fondue on demand, in short, we can't wait for winter! And this teurgoule made by Nadège, a delight! We can't say enough about their products, which can be found at a few good addresses, and on our way out, we give the cow a little pat and off we go for the tasting!

Les Fondus de Fromage is a cheese shop located in a shopping district of Caen. Here, you'll be welcomed into a convivial setting for a pleasant journey through cheese country. The shop offers a wide selection of cheeses, with over 80 references. You'll find classics like raclette, camembert, tomme and roquefort. Its farmhouse, PDO and PGI cheeses, from local production and different regions of the country, have been carefully selected for their quality. Whether you're a fan of raw milk, ewe's milk or goat's milk cheeses, you're sure to find what you're looking for at Les Fondus. In addition to its delicious cheeses, the store also offers a fine selection of quality charcuterie. You'll be able to put together your own platter of hams, salamis and sausages. A variety of authentic-flavored creamery products are also available on site. You'll find good raw milks, raw cream made from Jersey cow's milk, farm butter, organic pastured eggs and homemade teurgoule. The shelves are also stocked with delicatessen products, wines and beers. It's worth noting that all the products here are good value for money. A good address to share!

Et nous ne sommes pas déçus ! Les goûts sont excellents, contrairement à d'autres fromageries on distingue bien les différences. Le fromage est de qualité, il ne reste pas lourd sur l'estomac. Même le goût nature suffit amplement a se régaler.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
