With over 150 farmhouse cheeses, most of them made from raw milk, this delicious shop is a real treat for the taste buds. French terroir is well represented, but not exclusively. It even manages to unite Normandy and England on its shelves with its selection of English and Norman cheeses. How could it be otherwise when you're located on Rue Guillaume le Conquérant? And for the past year, the Norman identity has been further reinforced in this beautiful boutique, with a beautiful space totally dedicated to cider and Calvados.

Je m'y suis rendue hier sur les conseils d'une collègue... J'ai été déçue à plusieurs égards notamment la froideur de l'accueil pour commencer, l'absence de charcuteries aussi. Ensuite il y avait plusieurs fromages que je ne connaissais pas mais je n'ai eu le droit à aucun conseil, encore moins à goûter 1 fromage. Bref, j'attends autre chose d'un crémier que me servir froidement ce que je demande comme dans une grande surface. Quant à la dégustation du soir avec nos amis, déception encore avec un livarot sans saveur, un morbier piquant et un crotin aux noix sans intérêt. Heureusement le reste était bien.
Même plus loin j'irai voir ailleurs la prochaine fois.

On dit by by à l'indus à la maison , alors ce soir pour nos burgers maison nous avons acheté du cheddar dans cette jolie fromagerie de quartier.
Nous avons été bluffé par le goût. Une tuerie !!!
