The salting couple have built up a wealth of experience between Savoie, Ardèche and Corsica, and it shows. On the markets, they offer charcuterie of the highest quality. Our winning duo? Garlic sausages and their matured meats. And now Barbaque has gone the jar route, to extend the pleasure at home: tripe, black pudding tapenade, country pâté, ready to pull out on a slice of bread.
