This cellar is an address that knows how to delight lovers of organic and biodynamic wines. The place is run by Ronan, and Ronan knows his way around a bottle. It has to be said that he cut his teeth as a sommelier at Saquana (a 2-star restaurant in Honfleur). And yet, it's in all simplicity, but not without passion, that he tells you all about his wines and their growers, and picks out some lovely nuggets for you. His shelves are also stocked with spirits, local beers, ciders, perries and calvas. Tastings are also available.

Cuisinière itinérante, j'ai eu grand plaisir à découvrir la Cave Rouge et Blanc. A chaque plat, un vin à déguster.. les conseils sont précieux. Alors quand quelqu'un vous recommande la bouteille avec justesse, c'est que le professionnalisme est là ????
