Quentin Rambaud, a young 24-year-old pastry chef, has opened this tempting store. Here, it’s a return to simplicity, no more fuss and too many ingredients. No more than three flavours in his cakes and it’s perfect. We like the Paris-Caen, which made the success of the address, a gourmet alliance between the macaroon and the famous Paris-Brest. The Pavlova and the Madagascar vanilla flan are sweets to be tested urgently! We also like the fast execution of orders and the idea that in the nice days the ice creams will be part of the party!
