Le chou praliné croustillant ne l'était pas et le praliné bien trop sucré, ce qui rend le dessert écœurant.
La tarte citron manque de peps et de goût et n'avait de citron que le nom et le sablé reconstitué sarrasin n'était pas croquant.
Pour la mousse au chocolat, il serait opportun de préciser qu'il s'agit de chocolat noir à faible teneur en chocolat.
Quand à la tarte latte macchiato, la ganache montée à la vanille ne semblait pas du jour, le dessert est trop sucré en bouche et le praliné "croustillant" ne l'était pas.
J'espère pour vos prochains clients que vous prendrez en compte mon commentaire.
Au global nous fumes tous très déçus car visuellement les pâtisseries semblaient très appétissantes.
