We've fallen for this mini-bakery, nestled like a treasure trove! Elsa has been here for over 7 years, after leaving her job as a geographer/urban planner, and offers a festival of delights: from organic bread with natural sourdough to heart-melting sweets made with wholesome ingredients. Speciality breads with or without gluten, fougasses, brioches and crackers for aperitifs. Her passion and determination are palpable, but her smile would make bread rise! Elsa also counts on the help of Juliette and Jeannie to make her adventure even tastier.

Le pain est excellent les vendeuses très sympa.

Je suis passée à l’ouverture (10h00) et ai trouvé l’accueil assez froid, comme si ma présence dérangeait. Le rayon n’était pas encore installé, ce qui donne une impression d’impréparation. Dommage, car j’avais entendu de bons échos. Peut-être un mauvais jour ? Je ne suis pas sûre d’y retourner.
