Since 1991, at La Falue, we've been doing things right, even very right: the water we use is micro-filtered, the sourdough is natural, and all the ingredients are certified organic and sourced mainly from local suppliers - ain't that nice! To top it all off, it's also a Scop (Société Coopérative Ouvrière de Production): in other words, a team of people of different ages and backgrounds, who literally and figuratively put their hands to the work and add their own touch. Now all you have to do is enjoy! Yes, because it's good too!
