There are plenty of good bakeries in Caen! And this one is right up there with the rest. Artisanal production, organic bread with natural leavening, Olivier Gestin knows how to delight our taste buds with tasty recipes. From traditional to corn-fed baguettes and country loaves, it's not easy to make up your mind. Even for lunch, it's a tough choice! Bonus: it's open on Mondays (not Saturdays, but you can't have everything!).

10/10 ! C'était très bon, l'accueil chaleureux de bons matins, et si peu cher !! Nous avons l'habitude de prendre nos viennoiseries boulangerie du théâtre, et pour seulement deux viennoiseries nous en avons pour 10€. La pour dix euros nous avons eut quatre viennoiseries + deux chocolats chaud. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Personne très gentil et souriante, le cookie a goûter été très bon, le panini été très copieux et la pizza et bonne, les petit gâteaux été bon mais juste un peu trop mou mais sinon très bien.
