J'ai habité un 20m² pendant 2 ans et demi, il est parfaitement adapté pour un étudiant avec tout accessible a pied : le campus 2 a 5 min, carrefour et l'arret de tram a 10 min et le centre ville a 25min en tram.
Gérante agréable et sympathique.
J'ai retiré une étoile au service car il est compliqué d'avoir accès à la machine à laver, il faut que la gérante soit présente et elle n'est pas toujours là au moment où on le souhaite ce qui peu être embêtant au quotidien
