In his restaurant, whose decor is inspired by the Parisian bistros of yesteryear, chef Paul Quetel reinvents local cuisine. Having worked at Astier in Paris, this talented young chef offers generous, local, canaille cuisine, enhanced by spit-roasting. Confit of beef cheek, andouillette ficelle, award-winning 2023 stuffed cabbage: Paul succeeds in surprising with familiar dishes, while paying homage to our culinary heritage. And even though this is a rotisserie, vegetarians are not forgotten, with a suggestion based on biodynamic vegetables on the menu.

Une ambiance à l'ancienne, comme on aime. Un service aux petits oignons, une serveuse qui connaît parfaitement ce qu'elle propose, tant en vin que sur les entrées, les plats, ou les desserts !
