It's always with great anticipation that we go here: it's a real moment of gourmandise! Benoît Guillaumin is a top chef who has no equal when it comes to tantalizing the taste buds. This restaurant, located on the first floor of the bubbly library, offers fresh dishes: the recipes, with their mix of flavors and aromas, are skilfully orchestrated. What's more, the menu changes regularly, perfect for curious diners like us! What can we say about the setting and the superb sunny terrace overlooking the marina... it's perfect!

Un restau bistronomique au milieu de la bibliothèque de Caen. Le cadre est posé et osé. La cuisine est très bonne et soignée. Les serveurs conseillent bien les vins pour accompagner chacun des plats ????
