It's been 3 years since Magma "erupted" onto the Caen gastronomic scene. At the helm is Olivier Barbarin, who has chosen to light his own culinary flame. In an uncluttered setting, dotted with nods to his Auvergne volcanoes, he deploys inventive, fine cuisine, full of panache and flavor. A sensory experience with menus that vary according to market produce! Honest attention to tastes and allergies. Last but not least, vegetarian dishes, sometimes a little "off" elsewhere, don't just make up the numbers here!
